Matthew 11:28 says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Today’s young people live under intense pressure, and youth leaders in Chinese churches often shoulder multiple responsibilities. In the midst of serving, do they find rest, or do they carry even heavier burdens?

This year, we will explore the pastoral environment that youth leaders face in their churches, through the lens of the increasingly emphasized theme of self-care.
