Perhaps not to change the world, but all of us have believed in some part of the starfish story at some points of our lives. And so we set out, and tried to change a small part of the world… to make a difference!

But instead, we found ourselves…somewhat changed. Nobody told us workplace culture would be so entangling.

What can we, who are called by our Lord to be Salt and Light in the world, do amidst such real challenges? Should we even try to change the culture at our workplace? 💼
