As a newly appointed CF leader, have you ever pondered the biggest challenges faced by your CF? What is the first impression of newcomers to your CF? What are your CFers concerned about? What are they indifferent about?

The initiation phase seeks to pinpoint the various difficulties faced by the CFs, and to spark conversations to address these issues. Gather together with CF leaders of other ministries to clarify and reframe the problems, and then brainstorm innovative approaches to address these issues.
